DOUBLE (1.21/1)

Aston Villa – Southampton: Aston Villa Draw No Bet (8/15)

Though Villa only have one point from their last four, that point did come in their last match and against title favourites Manchester City. Even before that, they did give Arsenal difficulty at the Emirates. I can’t see Southampton getting a win, and the home win seems the most likely result for me. The Draw No Bet gives some insurance though.

Wolves – Manchester City: Manchester City Winning at 75 minutes (4/9)

They don’t come more resilient than Wolves but surely by 75 minutes, City would’ve broken them down and taken a lead. With Haaland, they’ve become a different beast. With a striker that has his physicality and hunger for goals, these sorts of games do become easier.

I Like Our Chances

DOUBLE: (1.87/1)

Nottingham Forest – Fulham: Both Teams To Score (4/6)

From five of their six league games so far, Fulham have scored and conceded. Forest were humbled in their last outing, seeing Bournemouth fight back from two goals down to get all three points. They will need to use that to motivate them more, when they play another team that was promoted to the division this year.

Everton – West Ham: Both Teams to Score (8/11)

Neither side will be too happy with their start to the campaign, though Everton are now unbeaten in four. They’re desperate for their first win though and welcome a West Ham side that needs points after suffering four defeats already. I wouldn’t be surprised to see both teams score twice. Hard to predict the result but both teams scoring seems very likely.

DOUBLE (8.23/1)

Wolves – Manchester City: Manchester City To Win And Both Teams To Score (9/5)

Having managed just the one clean sheet from their last four league games, I feel that City could struggle to keep a clean sheet again when they visit Wolverhampton. Despite this, I also think the away win is still the most likely result, given the attacking quality Pep has at his disposal. They’ll welcome a win before the International break and after dropping points against Aston Villa.

Newcastle United – Bournemouth: Newcastle To Win And Both Teams To Score (23/10)

Bournemouth have conceded 15 from 3 away games so far and visit a Newcastle side who have only lost once at home in 2022. They’re continuously improving, especially after the summer activity saw them bring in fresh faces. You can’t look past a home win, though I expect Bournemouth to show their fighting spirit that saw them come from 2-0 down to win away at Nottingham Forest.
